CHICAGO, March 29, 2002—The City of Chicago Office of Emergency Communications recently contracted Bronner Group, LLC ("BRONNER") to redesign its web site to ensure optimal public service delivery in these new and uncertain times. The project will involve redeveloping the design, site architecture, data maintenance processes, and site interactivity to produce a more positive and informative user experience. The overall goal of the redesign is to enable visitors, primarily composed of public safety personnel and the general public, to quickly and efficiently locate important emergency information.
