CHICAGO, September 5, 2001—Bronner Group, LLC ("BRONNER"), provider of eGovernment solutions, was recently contracted by the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) to deliver technology assistance to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE's) as part of IDOT's Technology Assistance Program (TAP). Through TAP, BRONNER provides qualified DBE's with the following services: Business Process Evaluations, Business Process Improvements, Procurement Assistance, Hardware/Software Installation and Configuration, Operations Management, Technical Support, and Training.

Most recently, BRONNER designed a Web Site template that can be efficiently customized to individual DBE marketing specifications. As a result, IDOT and BRONNER are able to enhance DBE competitiveness by providing a strong web presence, minus the typically high site creation, maintenance, and enterprise rollout costs. Together, BRONNER and IDOT are enabling DBE's to communicate contractor information and service offerings via the Internet.
