Bronner Group, LLC is pleased to welcome Knoxville Community Development Corporation to its growing list of government clients. KCDC is Knoxville’s housing authority and redevelopment agency. Since its inception in 1936, KCDC has been dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for the citizens of Knoxville. As a measure of continued improvement, KCDC contracted Bronner to conduct a structure analysis of its organization. Bronner presented KCDC with essential key findings of its current structure and proposed several alternative structure options, allowing KCDC elasticity in determining the best solution to complement its continued efforts to keep its promise of making a difference in the community.

Bronner takes a holistic approach to understanding and meeting the needs of its clients. By not only focusing on a direct project scope, Bronner puts forth extra effort to foresee potential client areas requiring additional organizational enhancement and performance improvement. To that end, Bronner proposed a Staff Evaluation to KCDC aimed at assisting KCDC in establishing an effective transition to its newly envisioned organization.
