Bronner has extensive experience in all facets of survey services. Bronner has a long track record of demonstrated success in providing survey development, survey administration, data analysis, and other management and technology consulting services. Bronner has designed and executed surveys that range from measuring customer service effectiveness, G2G technology requirements, personnel compensation, to business and training requirements. Further, we have utilized a variety of research tools, technologies, and methodologies that enable automated and/or manual collection, analysis, and dissemination of data.

Bronner follows proven project methodologies, ensuring that challenges and opportunities are identified, analyzed, and addressed to ensure optimal levels of government performance and service delivery, as advocated by MOBIS.

Bronner offers a broad array of survey services for the public sector, including: survey planning, survey design and preparation, survey administration, survey analysis and reporting, analysis, and strategic action planning.

Survey Planning

Bronner's survey planning services assist our clients in identifying the goals and objectives of the survey. Once the ultimate objectives of the survey have been identified, Bronner develops a framework for achieving them. This framework brings together all of the elements necessary to successfully complete a survey engagement including:

  • Who will participate in the survey;
  • When the survey will be conducted;
  • How the survey will be conducted (i.e., paper-based, telephone-based, computer-based, etc.);
  • How will the survey results be reported; and,
  • Who will receive the survey reports.

Survey Design and Preparation

Bronner develops survey instruments that are easy for respondents to understand and that facilitate timely compilation of survey results. Surveys are developed that focus on gathering data that can be measured related to identified project objectives. A survey may be designed for individuals, focus groups, organizations, or entire populations.

Our consultants perform survey beta tests that allow for examination of the survey instrument by potential respondents. The beta test is performed to ensure the clarity, readability, relevance, length of the survey, and comprehensiveness of survey questions. Based upon feedback from the beta testing, Bronner consultants may modify the survey instrument in order to develop the best possible survey.

Survey Administration

Bronner has proven experience in successfully managing the logistics of both small- and large-scale surveys. Survey questionnaires can be developed to ensure the privacy of the respondents. Bronner provides administration of web-based, paper-based, and telephone-based surveys.

Web-Based Surveys

Bronner has experience in developing customized survey web sites for administration of our clients' surveys. Bronner develops, manages, and administers reliable survey web sites. By conducting a survey via the web, Bronner is able to provide its clients with real-time reporting of survey participation rates and results.

Paper-Based Surveys

Bronner develops and prints survey questionnaires that meet our client's needs. Surveys may be conducted on-site or via mail. If a mail survey is preferred, Bronner will manage the entire mailing process. Bronner has the capability to either manually enter the survey results into a database or electronically scan the survey results into a database for future analysis.

Telephone-Based Surveys

Bronner conducts telephone-based surveys using state of the art computer aided telephone interviewing (“CATI”) systems to assist in timely data collection.

Survey Analysis and Reporting

Bronner provides its clients with customized reports based upon their specific needs. Bronner's reports clearly and concisely summarize the survey data. Our reports go one step further by incorporating analysis of the survey data in order to transform the raw data into meaningful information that can be used by our clients. This analysis identifies key themes in the data that provide insight to a client's organization. Reports may be paper-based, electronic (i.e., CD-ROM, diskette, PDF, etc.), or may be web-based. Our consultants present the survey results in person and on-site.

Strategic Action Planning

Bronner can provide guidance in developing a strategic plan based upon feedback received via a survey. Strategic action plans are developed to create clear, achievable goals that may be implemented by our clients. Bronner consultants will be available to guide our clients through strategic planning, implementation of initiatives, and associated change management.
