A former internal auditor for the State of Illinois and the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority, Mr. Bailey is Chairman of the Bronner Center for Financial Management and Accountability. A respected expert in government processes and operations, his extensive expertise is in review and evaluation of public sector business processes and control systems. At Bronner, he has personally advised dozens of jurisdictions, including the Cities of Chicago and Los Angeles, on a variety of financial management and accounting best practices. He is a registered CPA and Certified Information Systems Auditor with over 25 years audit management experience.
